its a bit painful at first but afer the initial few days its fine its helped tremendously with keeping stable a weight and takes a lot of pressure of you ie your not wondering about how many calories you got to eat all the time it also has other benfits as you feel normal because you dont look like the sick kid who has something wrong with them . The downside is when you go swimming or are on the beach people may look at you
