Hi all, new to this forum, just found out about it. If anyone has had any success gaining weight any info would be appreciated. I have tried everything. Im post transplant 12 years and still skinny. Ive done the shakes, scandi and everything else that taste like hell. I eat a ton and am post transplant diabetic, so gaining empty calories isnt even an option. Im looking into the creatine pills but dont know how good they are either. I'm just a mess and obsess over it a lot which isnt good. Stress= weight loss!!! any recomendations would be appreciated. My name is Tom, I hope to get to know a lot of you great people!!!

If you eat a ton, but never gain weight, I assume your appetite is okay. Have you thought about adjusting your enzymes? Maybe the dose needs to be changed.

I don't know if this will help but when I had to put weight on my husband I fed him a half a pack of bacon and 3 pancakes every morning. Sometimes I would throw some sausage in as well. He gained alot of weight from it and his cf docs were shocked that he was able to put on as much as he did.
