Garlic

I see posts here on glutathione & curcumin, but wondered if anyone's tried garlic? I've heard it's good for MRSA and aspergillius. I'm thinking of trying some tablets and was wondering what results anyone else that's tried it has had.

I know it's good for you, but get ready for some nasty tasting junk! I love garlic, but avoid it. Garlic breads breath comes from your lungs, not your mouth.

So could you explain that in lay-man terms so maybe we could understand it?

How do you know that garlic breath comes from your lungs? I didn't know that our lungs had anything to do w/ the digestion of our food???

Garlic, onion and other spices.

The concept of chemical vapors from the lungs is essential to understanding may causes of bad breath. This is exactly how you develop a bad breath from garlic, onions or any number of spices. The spices are absorbed into the blood and are released from the blood into the lungs. After consuming spices or odorous chemicals a person becomes a walking "incense" dispenser

Do a Yahoo search; Garlic, lungs, bad. You'll find a ton of information. Don't believe me? Go eat some garlic and cough up some junk.

Now that you explained how it gets absorbed into the blood stream, that makes more sense
My dad eats garlic daily and when I hug him, he smells of garlic, so I assumed it comes out of his skin or something?
