Genentech Endowment and Tobi Foundation

This year I had both of these and they helped me pay deductibles for Tobi and Pulmozyme. Well, I received a renewal application from Genentech and I'm not sure if I will qualify this year. I'm also worried about Tobi because I'm sure I'll be receiving my renewal application for that any time now.
I was only approved for $340 for a 30 day supply of Pulmozyme last year (well 2006), but I'm worried that since my husband and I made much more money this year, that I won't be approved this year for anything.
I have VERY high deductibles for Tobi and Pulmozyme because they are considered Catergory 4 medicines. I'm really just wondering if anyone knows what the cut-off is for these two programs. I could pay these 2 deductibles if I had to, but it would definitely put a strain on us. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

i'm sure you could call the foundations to see what the cut-off's are. then you'd know right away! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

We haven't applied for the genetech endowment, but have been covered under the tobi foundation. We're responsible for 20% of the costs of meds, plus $15 with a $1000 out of pocket maximum -- then we just pay $15/med; however, 20% of the tobi copay is about $536 the beginning of the year.

Anyway, DH and I both make pretty good money and they cover us, so I'd think you'd be okay under the tobi criteria. BTW, if you haven't gotten the paperwork from the tobi foundation yet, I think they have the forms online or just give them a call and they'll send you the paperwork. We haven't gotten any forms either yet, and I keep reminding DH that he needs to take care of it 'cuz come February, we'll have that huge copay without it.
