GSH and my experience

So I started inhaling GSH about 5 weeks ago, I'm using Thera Naturals GSU plus. I wanted see if there was anything to the hype. I started off with 200 mg twice a day and worked my way up to 400 mg twice a day ove about 4 weeks. Rather than using oral GSH I have been using oral NAC instead 1000 mg twice a day. Yesterday was my first doctors appointment since starting it, my fev1 was up 5% FVC was 5%, but the biggy was my 25-75 up 15% to 30%, I haven't been over 20% in 2 years.

So I jumping on the wagon.

After a few days of inhalation my sputum really thinned out and became clear, as opposed the greeish white it usually was. Then, as a few have noted before, I started coughing out the nastiest dark green sputum, this lasted about a week and half. Once that went away it has been for the most part clear or clear with a few chunks of green it.

As an add, my FEV1 and FVC are 97 and 112 so the small improvement there, to me, isn't indicative of poor performace in that area.
