Hey everyone,

so ive been reading old posts on GSH ever since i saw the new health articles on the forum about white blood cells caushing lung damage

i just wanted to know that is Theranaturals GSH the only type of GSh available to inhale, because if i read correctly there is another form which is liposomal GSH (is it to inhale)...i think?

any help appreciated!

and by the way, my doctor has given me permission to start it after i gave him those articles to read!! just incase anyone thinks im using it without my docs approval (i would never do that)

And thank you nightwriter for all the info in my lasts posts where you have written about how to lok after youself and control allergies, i have also gone green now and stopped using bleach and have also started steam cleaning my carpets and covering my pillows to portect from dusmites and i have to say my inflammation has gone down soo much!! and by doig this my FEv1 went up about 10% in clinic, i know it was from this because these thing were the only ones i did differently, ii think mostly by stopping using bleach it contributed to my better lung function, so thank you!!!

Zara, I am thrilled for you! 10%!!! What you breathe DOES matter. Maybe we should make it our mantra. Years ago, I was also skeptical. My doctor would tell me to do something and I would say, "But that doesn't bother me." And she would say, "you can't tell. Stop it and we'll see how your PFT's are next year." And when they started going up, I thought, "Wow. Maybe all these things do affect me."

The last two things that I have done is put a chlorine filter in my shower head and I air out my newspaper before reading -- and sometimes read the next day. This was a hard one because I LOVE reading my newspaper first thing in the morning. There is documentation for newspaper print asthma. My FEV1 went up a bit in the last year to the highest it's been since the 90's. I think I'm pretty much topped out, although theoretically my asthma is still not completely controlled -- so there may be a bit of improvement left. I also think exercise is another big contributor to the increase.

I don't have a blog, but if you want more ideas, use the advanced search, although after awhile, I probably say the same thing over and over, anyway. lol.

Thank you for the acknowledgement. When I hear that other people are having results, I can't wait to go back and tell my doctor -- she is the one that is teaching me and telling me I must share my experience with all of you. And like you said all must be with YOUR own doctor's approval.

I am really smiling!

Yep a whole 10%, even though its not much its still a lot considering i only made a few minor changes thanks to you!

Now im thinking of getting a new vaccum because the one i have does actually splatter dust, soo im thinking of getting the ones you mentioned in the previous post, because right now all i do is cover my face with a scarf everytime i vaccum so that it dont breath any dirt in

and you mentioned face masks when you go out isnt it, do you have suggestions about where i can get them from, so for next winter i can be prepared for those horrible windy days!

and i never knew that about newspapers contributing to asthma, i guess i will have to start airing mine out too before reading it (and strangely i seem to love the smell of new newspapers how weird am i!)

Thank you for the information!!
