i saw this on the news a few months ago but it just registered to post it here, because we are all worried about germs we probably all use the waterless hand sanitorzer stuff like purell. it has been realized that babies and small children can get it in their mouth and because of the high alcohol content in it, it causes acute alcohol poisoning and can really make them sick or kill them. after it has dryed its not a problem because the alcohol has evaporated but as long as its still "wet" it can be dangerous. the stuff is basically nothing but alcohol to kill germs and quickly evaporate so its pretty potent. i don't want to hear of someone getting sick from it so i decided to post it

Yeah, I wouldn't think it would be good to just let your baby have a big glob of it. I try to make sure I rub my kids hands together until it evaporates. I have a friend that works for the company that makes Purell, and he just gave us a few jugs (lol) of the new FOAM purell. It spreads and evaporates quicker, so hopefully it will be in stores soon and this will be another good option for everyone.
