Has DAFCF helped you???

I'm compiling a portfolio for the organization and would like to know if there is anyone out there that DAFCF has assisted who would be willing to write a letter explaining what/how we assisted and what the outcome was.

This portfolio will be shared ONLY with potential employers and or grantees to fund the continued work of DAFCF.

The preference would be to have a first and last name, signature and method of contact (phone, email or mailing address) so that investors/employers can validate real people are being assisted through this organization. However, we do understand the need for privacy and if sharing any of that information would stop you from otherwise writing us a letter, please just sign it "CF patient" and the state that you live in.

I know some of you have written me letters before, and I still have copies of those letters. However, they were all addressed to the military for the purpose of my volunteer award (which I did recieve-thanks!!! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> ), and I will not be re-using them in the portfolio without your express written consent.
