Help, G.C.S.Es!!!

<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">Hi im in my last year of school and leave in 2 weeks and hav 1 week of study leave. I really worried about falling ill while i have my exams plus revision is difficult with meds and physio. Healthwise im not too bad i have good days and bad just like every one else but i think i would fail some of my exams due to being off school but i can't help that and i was just wondering if you guys had any advice on how to stay fit and be stress-free!!. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">

Pacing yourself is probably the biggest thing. Dont wait until the last minute to try & do everything. I pace myself with everything in life. From household chores to having fun. If I pace myself I dont find myself as worn down or stressed out and can do much more. It does take planning and discipline because its easy to say "oh I will do it later."

i find myself in agreement with mel. pacing is definately a learned habit, and the sooner you learn it, the easier life will be to manage. the only thing that i would append to her post is that i tend to take advantage of the good days, because the bad ones can hit so unexpectaedly.
