Honestly, I just went past the due date and let the state choose. It went with Prestige. I got the brochure with the differences between the two, but neither really meant much when I didn't know what I was already getting with Medipass. As long as the important things (scripts, hospital stays, doctor visits, etc.) are covered, it really didn't make a difference to me.
One thing to consider is that your primary may change. Mine changed, same office but different doctor. So maybe call your office and ask if they only take certain patients. Also I think one of those plans covered more physical therapy sessions than the other, so if pulmonary rehab is something you do or are considering, that may be something to think about.
