My boyfriend is getting ready to move into his own place and start a new full time job come September. I'm afraid that with the newness of having to make his own meals plus the long hours he'll be putting in at work, his nutritional upkeep will take a backseat. Currently, I'm trying to brainstorm ideas to make his transition into adult life (i.e. own place, new job, meal planning, etc.) a smooth one. I haven't asked if he'd be interested, but I'm thinking of investing in a crock pot for him so that he could prepare meals that would be waiting for him at the end of a long day. I've been browsing the recipes in the forum for ideas, but I haven't seen anything hi-cal for crock pots. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or any recipes that work well for them that haven't been posted. I must point out, the easier the recipe the better (since he's a newbie to cooking) and the more chicken the better!!
