I have this posted on my fridge, in case i ever need a new idea for Hannah. I thought some of you may want to have this list, however, some of you may already have it. There are several posts regarding this topic & this was the easiest way for me to get you all the info. So here it is:

This is geared toward young children, but adults may be interested as well.

High-calorie finger foods

~Noodles with Alfredo sauce(with butter, cream & cheese)
~Grated or cubed whole milk cheese(like Cheddar, Monterey Jack & American)
~Crackers with cheese or peanut butter
~Blueberry Muffins
~Pancakes or waffles
~Sliced avacado
~Soft-Cooked veggies with butter & cheese
~Scrambled eggs made with cream & cheese
~Tuna or egg salad with mayonnaise
~Breaded fish or fish sticks


High-Calorie spoon-thick foods

~Applesauce mixed with cream
~Ice Cream
~Cooked cereal with cream, butter & brown sugar
~Whole milk cottage cheese or yogurt
~Pudding made with whole milk & cream
~Mashed potatoes with butter, gravy & sour cream
~Thick cream soups(like cream of potato, cheese & broccoli)
~Mashed avacado
~Refried Beans
