HillRom is Amazing

Today, when we talked to HillRom Vest company and told them my problem about not being able to use the full vest, they were so great, they are overnighting to me the other version of the vest, the chest vest.. No questions asked, no trouble at all.. They said it will be here by tomorrow morning..

My RT told me that this version can be used like a belt. I can put it on the back or the front.... I can't wait to try it...

I really was amazed at how great and fast HillRom responded...

Yes they are! They have sent me 3 model 104 compressors. I keep breaking mine when I travel. They are a great company.

Yes they are great. There was some trouble with my insurance trying to say i had pre-existing conditions. Hil-Rom was great about it, they just put my file aside until I had everything worked out. They also said that if the insurance wouln't pay for it they would figure out a way to get me a grant, they promised they would not take it away from me, as long as I was using it.
