How are you feeling?

OK, one of the other posts reminded of this very annoying thing. I HATE IT! when people who know I have CF ask me how I am feeling and then look at me and say "well you look good". I know they mean well but this is what it sounds like to me: "the first thing I think of when I see you is that you have CF and Oh my God you don't look too bad today and wow you have CF and geeeeez how are you feeling and it must really suck to be you". I mean it just makes you think that is all the person knows about you. How do you handle it when that is the only thing certain people ever greet you with. Give me a good line guys.
