Why don't you call your doctor and ask?

It sounds like an almost identical situation that you posted about in September last year, where you had unprotected sex and were worried you might be pregnant?
Do you think it might be a good idea to get yourself on the pill or have a contraceptive device (like a Mirena coil or hormone implant) put in, since you have now been put at risk of unplanned pregnancy twice in 5 months?<img title="Undecided" src="include/wysiwyg/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-undecided.gif" alt="Undecided" border="0" />
Are you not able to take the morning after pill?
I can't help answer your question, but I am concerned that you have put yourself at risk so soon after the last time, especially considering how much distress it caused you then.
Please go to see your doctor and arrange for a pregnancy test and also some STD tests to be on the safe side (I'd hate you to have got an untreated STD when your immune system is already seriously supressed from being on post-transplant meds).

I would be less worried about being pergnant and more worried about having an std if you arent using any form of protection :s I would contact your doctor also

Call your doctor asap and ask about the morning after pill. It won't cause an abortion it will just prevent your ovaries from releasing an egg. You wouldn't know if you were pregnant for at least 2 more weeks.

I also agree that you need to protect YOURSELF and condoms are not enough (though certainly required if you are not in a monogamous and trusting relationship)

Why are you afraid to take birth control? Has a doctor told you something? I don't know of a reason why you can't take bc. There is 1 non hormonal birth control option and that is a copper IUD if the hormones worry you. There are also several low dose hormonal birth control options including the nuva ring and the mirena IUD. I really think you need to have a frank discussion with your care providers (transplant team and gyn) and protect yourself from unplanned pregnancy!!
