Or maybe give out vests based on fananical need. ethier way one of my goals is to help parents with treatment. Also, I would like to set up and online "meeting haul with voice and text chat were pwcf could get togther for educational purposes, fun, Bible studies...etc. Anyway, I need ideas what would you guys want to see in a CF ministry? Sorry to hear about your loss. I am not the one doing the cf ministry but I have offered my help in it. I would be more than happy to talk to you if you want. My name is also Amanda and am a very firm believer in the Lord's works and He will open doors for you. Some may be small doors but the smallest ones maybe the best ones to open. I hope you and your family is doing well. You are in my prayers.God BlessAmanda Berrie

i have a question

Hi, I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter from CF. I stumbled across this forum searching for an imformative place for families of loved ones with CF and see you arent too far from us. My 25 yo brother is curently in icu at ORMC. He's been quite sick this past year and had his gallbladder removed for bad stones on may 8, but came down with serious complications/infections after and went into septic shock. Almost no one at the hospital had hope or gave him any chance of recovery except his infectious disease dr but here he is Junes 8 and he is still fighting! I dont know exactly what I am looking for......perhaps some other familes who have gone through the same things. Of course we all want him to make it and pray all the time, but this whole thing has been such a roller coaster for my parents and us siblings and without knowing anyone else personally with CF,(except my 20 yo neice who has always been quite healthy)we just have nothing to go by. He was recently put on a transplant list, but i dont even know what his chances for that would be if he ever pulls out of this. His lungs were almost totally shot before this. His kedneys did shut down due to the septic shock but he is on dialysis and slowly began to urinate again alittle. But the next worse thing is his liver though and how much more it can handle. Thanks in advance for any responses.
