Yeh y'all my name is Elisabeth Silvestre and i am 14 and getting ready to go to High school in September

Hi i'm Courtney Owens and i'm 14 years old. I'm writing this because my friend Nicole has cystic Fibrosis. I want to know what's going to happen to her. I don't know what me and my friend juli are going to do if something ever happens to her. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
