For those of you that I've given assistance to regarding infertility and CF, would you be willing to help me out with something?

I need a letter about my "community service" relating to all the IVF education I provide. I've mentioned my website and how many hours I've given over the last few years relating to that. But they want letters from individuals who I've impacted/assisted and date ranges of those times

Does anyone think they might have time to put a letter together for me? The more letters I can get, the better.
