I ovulated!!!

My endocrinologist (diabetes clinic) called today and confirmed that I did ovulate this cycle. My progesterone on Cycle Day 24 was 10.79. The doctors were happy with that. They stated that they like to see 8 - 10 in women, so I passed. The average for the test is 3.33 - 25.5. If you are on Clomid, for example, they like to see around 20.

For those that know about progesterone levels, any thoughts?

My only question which I knew they wouldn't know was if Vitex (which acts like Clomid) may have assisted in raising my progesterone levels. I never really had a short luteal phase, though. My average luteal phase is 12-14 days. I have been taking Vitex for 3.5 months now.

Edited to Add: This confirmed that I don't have PCOS and don't need Metformin either! Maybe I had issues last year with the stress of moving and all but not now.

I don't think vitex will raise overall progesterone levels. Progesterone rises after ovulation (you knew that) so the vitex only helps increase that level, as far as I understand it. But I would say that if someone w/ a progesterone of 10 were pregnant, a doc would probably prescribe progesterone supplements (from what I remember).
