ideas for a t-shirt?

My aunt and I are trying to come up with ideas for a cystic fibrosis t-shirt for our local walk this year. We've talked to the people at Southern Belle, which is a pretty popular t-shirt in my area. They've agreed to do the shirts and we will selll them as a fundraiser, but here's the problem. They admitted they don't know much about CF, so they want us to come up with a slogan to go on it. They did a shirt last year for the American Lung Association. The slogan on that shirt was, "when you can't breath, nothing else matters." Anyways we would just like some ideas for something to put on there. They said they will design it and all that other good stuff when we give them the slogan. Here are the ALA shirts

someone at our walk last year had purple shirts with a white CF ribbon on the front, with the words "Fight CF" or something. On the back though, was the part that I liked. It said, "I'm weaing purple for: then there was a check list with the words, my sister, my brother, my daughter, my son, my friend, my cousin, _________. The wearer used a sharpie to check the box next to the word that described the person they were walking for.

They were clever and got a lot of attention.

Sorry if the description doesn't do the shirt justice. It was the way it looked that made it cool.
