(If this needs moved, please move it for me )

Does anyone else have a pet who likes to sit with you while you do your meds/vest? I ask this because one of our cats (the fluffy white one, of course!) comes and sits with me while I do my nebs and vest. She almost never sits with me any other time. She has been doing it so long that she knows what "Butterbean, lay down." means (she's 10). I just wonder what goes on in that little fuzzy head- maybe she really[ I]does love me? Or maybe she just gets a good massage from the vest-LOL! Anybody else have a similar experience?

My oldest cat (15 yrs), hangs out on my bed and usually lays close to me when I am doing my nebs. I move her to another part of the bed when I am doing my vest. She seems to come in my room more often when I start getting sick and sticks to me like glue. Another thing she does, which I find interesting, is if I am having a bad coughing spell, she will get up and come over to me and start meowing like "what's wrong? you okay?". If I dont pay her any attention and speak to her, she will go over to my husband and starts to meow like "do something!" and walk back over to me. My husband will tell her I am okay but she will not stop this behavior until I rub her head and say "I'm okay baby". After that she will lay back down. Animals know what type of things are going on, even before we do...like me getting sick. I think it is their way of saying they love us and care .

My cat doesnt come to be during my treatments, but my dog does. She sits by my side the whole time. I dont think she is impressed with the smell, sound or sights of it all. HOWEVER; if I am sick & lounging the cat is attached to me. He doesnt bother with me if I am just sitting while I am well. Animals definitely know!
