Nope, sorry, I don't know the reason, but sometimes I get one too towards the end of a cycle. I assumed it was Tobi I swallowed during my treatment irritating my stomach. I also was recently treated for H Pylori (can cause stomach ulcers) because of stomach aches (but I had no ulcers), but I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. Funny you should mention this now, as I just stopped my Tobi early yesterday to see if it was the Tobi this time that was bothering my tummy, or something else...
