inserting a link

can someone tell me how to take a link from my Favorites list and insert it into a reply? I tried copy and paste, and I tried just dragging it, but that doesn't work.
I had a really good link about cleaning nebs for someone the other day who asked but could not figure out how to have the link in my reply.

Oh, oh, I have another question. How do you get a picture in your signature?


Edited to say nevermind about the photos, found out how by doing a search

my only advice to inserting links would be of no use as it involves sausages and a frying pan<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">
Other than that , i cut and paste and it allows me to do it from favourites.
A week or two ago one of my links wouldent post and i put it down to the fact that when i use the net i usually search on Yahoo, thats where my home page is but i was using google and it seems to have blocked pages found on yahoo.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">
I also am crap at this computer stuff so this is like the blind leading the blind especially with Janet in tow, at least with Janet around I know I am not the worst on here....lol<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
