Is anyone here of Asian Indian descent?

<P>I am wondering if there are any users who have one or parents of Indian descent.  I am from India and both of my parents are Indian.  My husband is Caucasian.  His father is of Polish descent and his mother's parents were from Scotland and Ireland.  Our 13 year old daughter, Maya has CF. She was diagnosed at birth due to meconium illeus and is double Delta F508.  I have never met or heard of anyone else of Indian descent who has CF.  It has always blown my mind that I carry a gene carried primarily by caucasians of European descent.  If anyone has any thoughts to share, I would love to hear from you.</P>
