So I'm not going to be taking these every day, but I would take the vasodilator when Im wanting to look good at the pool or beach. Which I only go swimming once a month or so and I would only take it when I wanna look good at a pool party or whatever, like I wouldnt take it if i were swimming with one friend or two but a group. And i would only take the diuretic when i cut. also, if i were to go to the weight of 175 lb and then cut, would it be safe to cut? and are those supplements i wanna take safe for someone with CF?
And would take supplements like http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ae/ape.htmlthat be healthy or unhealthy?

Taking any kind of medication when you don't need it and/or it is not legally prescribed by YOUR doctor is not a smart thing to do, especially for someone that has CF. Diuretics can mess up electrolytes like potassium and sodium which can cause a person's blood pressure to drop dangerously, cause fainting, or cause abnormal heart rhythms including ones that cause sudden death. Potassium and sodium help with the electrical activity in muscle cells and too much or too little can cause heart problems, muscle weakness, fainting, coma, and all kind of problems-even a couple pills. Vasodilators dilate your blood vessels and can cause your blood pressure to drop and you would faint and/or have decreased blood flow to important organs like your brain, kidneys, heart, etc. Be careful with supplements also as these can cause the same effects even though they are not prescription meds. Even though you probably won't believe this, these drugs won't make you look that much better to be noticed. Your doctors will disapprove and even if you did not have CF, it is not safe-those that do this are risking their health.

No it's not safe and as you are just starting out with lifting there's absolutely no need.

While you can debate various AAS safety all day long, diuretics form a direct risk because of dehydration. And if you might be using other supplements like Creatine, have a high protein diet or even especially when cutting, dehydration is the very last thing you'll want. So you'll need to know exactly what you're doing with this.

Lift weights for atleast 2-3 years and learn (there is a lot to learn) what happens, how your body responds and what it is that you want to achieve and what is realistic before even thinking of supplements like that.

And realisticly you probably won't have to, because you'll learn how your body's fluid retention responds to bulking, cutting and the types of food that you eat.

There are no shortcuts.

No, better not mess with it. Salt balance is ESSENTIAL to a CFers health and diuretics cause it to be excreted rapidly by the kidneys and that can cause MAJOR heart problems when you sodium balance is disturbed (not to mention potassium, chloride, and magnesium as mentioned above). CFers are also at a high risk for heart issues because the lungs and heart function go hand in hand. DO NOT mess with heart meds unless prescribed. Also, OTC supplements can cause major problems for anyone already taking medications. It is very risky, please don't risk your internal health to look good on the outside. I'm not trying to fuss, just sayin' :) You sound like you wanna look good. What kind of physical fitness are you doing? It's great for your lungs, digestion, and it firms up your body.
