isn't cayston for 28 days?

My brother just stared cayston today. And upon looking at all the saline vials and "powder vials," there are not enough for a 3x daily 28 day cycle. There are 54 saline vials (enough for 18 days) and enough powder vials for 14 days. We're just confused about it...
All of it came in a long box, are you supposed to get two of them?

good to know! we start next week. we just got everything last night-looks like a lot, but like everything else it will become routine.
