IVF update...

The one family I'm in contact with (and some of you have been praying for/sending well wishes to) had their egg and sperm retrieval today. The news was "pleanty of sperm" and 18 eggs were retrieved. Should have a fertilization report tomorrow afternoon. The plan is a day 3 transfer on Saturday, so if you all could continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers, I knnow it would be much appreciated.

17 eggs were mature and 11 fertilized. That's a great fertilization rate for aspirated sperm. Woohooo. Transfer is at 1030 on Saturday.
