Hi there,
I just had to brag about how well my little boy did yesterday at clinic. He was AWESOME!!! Because The last year has been pure hell at clinic. However yesterday we brought Daddy along. Ohhh my gooodness!! My son was calm and listened to everything they asked of him. Plus he gained 4 POUNDS since our last clinic 4 months ago. THANK YOU...THANK YOU
The kicker was at the end of clinic my son had put on his coat and back pack, and was ready to go. I told him we have to wait for the lady to do your throat culture...i showed him with my hands kind of a gesture of what was going to happen. Okay well the nurse walks in. Our son then jumps of the table walks ACROSS the room and bends his head back and opens his own mouth. OMG!!! Tears fill my eyes just typing it. The nurse was more than SHOCKED, and when she was done she grabbed Johnny and hugged him That is so huge for him. Normally it takes 2 nurses plus me to open his mouth. I just had to brag, it's not like anyone else get's what a big deal this is.
Thanks everyone for your support and telling me clinics would get easier...(I really didn't believe you..hehe.) But, it does get better.
Thanks for reading my typing,
Sarah
