You can go to CFF.org, they have all the accredited CF centers in the country listed. Good luck!

Julie should be able to help with this question & many others probably. Her husband has CF & she is in the Military (Navy I believe).

Armywife, I am active duty navy and my husband has CF as Jazzy's mom stated. All 4 branches of the military have a program called EXCEPTIONAL FAMILY MEMBER PROGRAM (EFMP). Basically, you go see a military doctor with the EFMP paperwork (call your husbands base or local medical treatment facility, ask for the EFMP coordinator and they will get the paperwork to you along with instructions of who to see/where to go) and they fill out the paperwork. You then take it back to the EFMP coordinators office (unless they give you different instructions) and they process it. That usually takes 2-4 weeks to do, so you want to take care of it as far in advance before your hubby is due for orders. Then, they assign you a EFMP category #, from 1-5. My husband is a cat. 4 so I cannot be stationed overseas. Category 5 is like a "homeport guarantee" where you husband will be assigned only in certain areas (i.e. medical specialty centers/major medical, or at a "homeport" where your family/his family is so you can be "take care of" if he gets deployed).
