the kitchen is the worst place to keep meds. the humidty and temp changes from the shower can really denature the meds.

i would be careful about the kitchen due to humidity, temp changes from the stove, microwave, etc.

use the bedroom, hallway closet, etc where temps don't change much and neither does humidity.

Some of the medications have specific storage requirements (such as Tobi in the fridge and enzymes NOT in the fridge) - but aside from that, my feeling is that being "organized" means the stuff is convenient and that you don't have to search around for where each item is. If keeping the neb vials in the room with the compressor and enzymes in the kitchen works for you, I'd say you're organized.

As for the way all this stuff creeps into every room and can be kindof annoying - that's a different thing altogether. I tried to get my son to use his vest and nebulizer in his room instead of the living room because I was tired of that stuff staring me in the face all the time... but he just did not like it so it's all back in the living room.

Great idea about the 3 drawer cabent!!!! I love that idea and I could keep it in my room because I would'nt want the outher kids getting into it and they KNOW they are not allowed in mommy and daddies room unless we say so and are together! I didn't even think about what the humiddiey would do to them! Thanks for the big eye opener and ideas!

I'm going out to buy one tommrow-luv it- Thanks

We keep Reeces in the kitchen on the counter or in the cabinet. Ive had no problems. All his mic key button stuff is in a 3 drawer cabinet on wheels....I would reccomend that as well. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
