L-Glutamine Dose?

Just curious, I know some of you take this supplement and I was thinking I might give it a whirl. There seems to be some fairly compelling studies to suggest that it helps with immune function and fighting off infection. I tried to do a search for previous posts (I am sure I have seen them!) but couldn't find anything. Would love to know what doses you take it in and what differences do you notice? Any other advice thoughts would be appreciated too.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know your history per say, but if you work out at all- run jog anything. You might benefit from a good BCAA supplement drink. They have L-Gluatmine in them as well as all the other EAA's. A huge help to CF'ers is L-Arginine as it increased N.O. which actually helps kill PA in our airways. If you want to read more about that see the link in my signature to my blog and read the bodybuilding and PA article I wrote. As far as L-Gluatamine by itself you want to look at between 5-10grams it won't hurt you unless you go extremely nuts. Best absorption is the gluatamine powders but they do come in gel caps.
