Kurt is waiting to get the okay from ICU to go in and see Lindsey. They have times between 6-9am that family may not visit so the doctors can round. So here's the scoop... Lindsey's surgery was complete by 4am. The 1st lung was in by 1am, the 2nd lung in by 3am. Lindsey's mom got to see her after the surgery was completed. The doctors said everything went very well. She should start to come out of anesthesia 4-8 hours after, and fully by this afternoon. The family is going to tag out with Kurt and go get some sleep. Kurt can't wait to be there with her when she wakes up. They are such a sweet couple. To say that I am happy is an understatement. I'm ecstatic!!! Kurt will update me again this afternoon after he sees her. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
