local paper interview

we have been trying to get our local authority to either re-house us or to fix the mould and dampness in our home, we are council tennants. But they cant get it into their heads how serious dampness can be for our son. We have tried various approaches and now it is the newspapers turn, we're hoping that this will shame them into some kind of action.

So hopefully they will run the story if not this week, early next week, and if they do I will post a link, they have their paper on-line.

This would be a great site to get info for the paper.

Mold is very dangerous for your daughters and your families lungs. I hope the paper can get them to fix the problem.

oh god craig , talking about mould , did you see " how clean is your house " last night?? their house was soooo dirty they were growing pseudonomas in there . bloody hell !!! i didn't know you could do that. good luck with the council and cor!!!! don't the local rags love these kind of " stories " . <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

they do indeed Janet, they have been and gone. They took some photos of the boy and my ugly mug, had the interview, they were here for about 30 mins. I gave them some websites for their information. Hopefully they will run the story soon. They ran a similar story on Monday, about a boy with a hole in his heart.
