Medication interactions list

So I was sitting out my morning meds this morning, barely looking at the bottles as usual. I took out a new Zithromax bottle today, and for the first time noticed a little DO NOT TAKE WITH ANTACIDS sticker. Now, I don't know if that has been on all the bottles and I never noticed, or what, but it made me wonder what other things we can't take together, or have special instructions.

Since we all take a lot of the same things, I think a list would be helpful - especially if you are bad at reading stickers like me. Here's the stuff I happen to have now, list up what you have too. Feel free to list up anything that is special instructions on how you should take things, or what to avoid when you're on them - Specifically other drugs, but sun/alcohol is informative too.

Fosamax - Take 1 hour before eating anything, must remain sitting upright
VFEND - Do not go out in the sun
Doxycycline - Do not go out in the sun
Reglan - Do not take with alcohol
Prednisone - Take with food or milk
Zithromax - Do not take with antacids

I think there is something I can't take iron with.. but for the life of me I can't remember... hopefully one of you knows.

I just finished Levaquin and you aren't supposed to take it with antacids either.

Every medication in the US has what's called Prescribing Information (PI). There, the manufacturer will list all interactions.

You can get the PI from the drug's website or from the pharmacist when he/she dispenses your medication.

I wouldn't rely on others or even medication labels to give you this medication. It's important that you read it yourself because others can forget or even misinform you
