Hi Brittani,

I was told I could take all my the meds that I am currently on, which are:

Tobi
Albuterol
Pulmozyme
Advair
Zyrtec
Atrovent
Ultrase
Nexium
ADEKs

hyptertonic saline is fine too

I was told to try to stay off the Tobi as much as possible during the first trimester though.

Are you thinking about getting pregnant?

Generally aerosolized meds are considered safe for pregnancy because they are absorbed directly into the lungs and much less gets into the blood stream than say oral or IV meds. But if possible I would try to avoid TOBI during the first trimester but I would do it if necessary.

Your best bet is getting in contact with a high risk OB who can help you sort out the pros and cons to each medication you may need to take.
