I was listening to an evening radio show yesterday and the topic was about poisons and chemicals in cometics and beauty products that we use and how they affect our bodies. The doctors that were on the show said that we should not put anything on our bodies that we would not ingest.
But somehow the conversation took a left turn and began to speak about foods that cause harm to our bodies. Milk was brought up and they mentioned that it increases mucus production. I've heard this before and for that reason I started drinking soy milk, which I think is good. I alternate between both cows milk and soy milk. But does anyone know if taking dairy out of the diet completely makes a difference in congestion? If it does, I'm willing to cut it out of my diet.
