more computer problems

Mark got a new computer for his new business (www.ehpsupplements) because I use mine when I get home for school. anyways, it's got windows vista on it and when he goes to his website, he goes to log in and it won't let him. Now we know it's not the website because I can log onto the site from my computer which is sitting right next to his.

I contacted HP support to see if they could help, but they said it's likely an issue with the java/scripts (and he mentioned something else). So I downloaded java, but that didn't make a difference.

I've also contacted the management company for his website, but I thought I'd come here and see if anyone has any ideas for me.

Oh, and it's not just his account he can't log in to. I can't log into my "customer" account on his computer either. But we can log into both on my computer.

Well first of all, Vista sucks in ways that isn't even imaginable yet.
One of the main complaints is compatibility issues exactly like these.

What browser are you using, Firefox or IE?
