I had only glanced at this earlier, but on re-reading it is VERY exciting. Animal models show that the drug gets nasal stuff to "wildtype" levels, which is "normal" levels. I knew ProQr was doing this for inhaled but this is a topical nasal solution and I hadn't seen anything on this before....very exciting!
