I'd take the cold over humidity too. I live outside of Philadelphia and though the winters are hard and I have trouble breathing sometimes it is still easier than August when it is 100 degrees and 100% humidity.

There are going to be problems and affects on health wherever you go so pick a place you want for living not because of the weather <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Hi~
We had the same situation as you. Our daughter has CF, and we were living in Vermont. The weather there was never consistant. Therefore she was getting sick much more than she should of. We recently moved to North Carolina, where for one, the weather is more consistant, and for 2 the hospital here has much more resources for our daughter. The hospital here has been extremely helpfull, also redusing meds that she didnt need. They are a research center; this is why we chose to move here. Daelyn is 8 and she has a rare mutation of CF. I have always lived in VT and this was a huge change for us, however the way it has helped our daughter even in this short of time has been a positive experience for all of us.
