So the CF unit here at our hospital leaves much to be desired. It is in a very old part of what used to be the main hospital. But staff has decided to make that building just offices and such. But thanks to them adding on to the hospital the Pulmonary unit is being moved and a whole bunch of renovations have been done to make everyone comfortable. YAY! We are so excited about this the move in date is set for the end of this month. Richard doesn't plan on going in anytime soon but when he does have to he's looking forward to the new space. We have only been coming to the adult CF center since 2001 before that he was 38 and still going to Childrens for admissions and doctors visits. Boy did he miss it when we first had to come here. But now things are alright and we are excited about the move.
