I am praying for you and thinking positive thoughts...wish I could be there to hold your hand--but if you sqeeze your eyes shut and concentrate, maybe you will feel all of us touching you. I can certainly understand your fear. When i was diagnosed with the fungus ball they weren't absolutely sure it was a fungus ball yet , till we got the results of the sputum and blood tests. All the time i had to wait , i kept reminding myself....... " things havent changed.... whatever they found.... was there for some time, and the only thing thats different is that i know about it ". This thinking process helped me to an extent. I also reminded myslf that whatever it was we would treat it as best we can, and thats all we can do and worrying isnt going to change anything. I will send a prayer your way..........

I'm on Pacific time. The CT is scheduled for 11:00 AM. I got the MRI results in less than a day, so with any luck they will put a rush on the CT so I don't even have to wait that long. I am normally a very positive person but Brian's cancer was found by accident during a CT, and with the CF if they say there is something on my lung I tend to freak out. If it had been anywhere else I probably would be a lot calmer about it.
