I've always told guys either right after we start dating, or immediately before, if I get the opportunity. I've had a guy or two who walked away because of my CF, but that's their loss, isn't it?

If a guy is going to leave you because you've got CF, you don't want to be with him anyway.

Just be open and honest. Let him ask questions, answer them, etc.

If you really like him, then you should be honest with him. If he leaves, then it is his loss. Reguardless if you tell him now or later, if it is gonna scare him off, then when you tell him wont matter. But it's better to be honest & up front instead of trying to put your energy in hiding it.
