Need help with Case Study Paper

I have recently tested positive as a CF carrier and would like to get more information about the disease. I am currently a pre-nursing student and would like to write a case study paper on CF. I am having a hard time finding any in books, journals, or online. I was hoping to have an actual person to talk to. If anyone is interested please let me know. I would keep everything anonymous.

Is it Smokey the Bear? 'cause you know he doesn't really have CF. He just wants to manipulate you into doing your paper on forest fires. I know, because I was writing about ameobas once, and he said he was an ameoba. Next thing I knew I was talking about forest fires. That guy is really tricky.

Ever have those nights when you know tomorrow will be a full-on caffiene binge?
