New Dr. Who

Anybody out there sci fi fans? I'm trying desperately to get
"into" the new Dr. Who on the SciFi channel here in the
US. Even though the old (I mean like from the 70s-80's) Dr. Who was
not realistic at all, I loved it. I just can't get into the new
one. Do I have to stop comparing the two???<br>

There is no comparing them, I'm a huge fan of both but is so differnt from the original you just can't compare them. It's like comparing Star trek:TNG to the original. Although I'm not thrilled they got a new Dr. for the second season.

Do you watch the new Battlestar Galactica? The US season premier
was last night. WOW...did I mention WOW, WOW, WOW? I don't compare
Star Treks or BSGs, so I must learn to stop comparing the Doctors.

Love the Batllestar Gallactica, haven't watched the last nights yet though, recorded it so we could watch without the commercials. I also watch Eureka and Stargates as well. I gotta give to to Scifi, they have been producing some really good shows lately.

What did we ever do before Eureka? That show is great.<br>

Anyway, have you heard that this is SG1's last season, ever? We're
totally bummed.<br>

Yeah I did, I just want see them resolve the Ori thing and I'll be happy. It will definately be missed in this household. Still have Atlantis though.
