I just wanted to pass along the good news!

I was at y Dr. today (I got to the Adult CF Clinic at Johns Hopkins Hospital, which as you may know, is a HUGE research Hospital, and has been ranked #1 in the United States every year consecutively since 1991), and he told me they are now testing a new form of TOBI that will come in a puffer (like Albuterol)! So he said it would be one or two puffs twice a day, instead of the nebulized form!

Of course, this is still undergoing much study, but they actaully have begun testing on patients.

I am excited, and I just wanted to share this info with you! Maybe it will be on the market in the next few years! I certainly can't wait!

Thanks! That will be awesome, I can't stand doing inhaled meds and tobi takes foreveer to do and actualy lately it makes me feel horrible after I do it but hopefully this puffer one will be much better! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Yeaaa! that would mean another half hour in bed in the morning for me - I love to sleep . I hope it happens, I hate doing nebs and then the awful guilt if I miss one. This excites me big time!
