Not CF related but lung related

My not quite 2 year old cousin has been in the hospital with pnemonia. Poor little guy got RSV then the pnemonia on top of that. He was a premie so it hit him really hard. The other day they put in drains because there was so much fluid between the lining of his lungs and the antibiotics weren't helping that. He was in so much pain from it. Having just gone through my first pleurisy experience I can't imagine how much that hurt. My mom is there with them to help watch their oldest son. Lord knows my mom knows how to take care of a kid with resperatory problems and in the hospital. Please keep the little man in your thoughts! I know its not because of CF but hey, we all have had lung infections and we know how crappy he feels!

My aunt and uncle were tested to see if they are carriers. My aunt is but my uncle is not. The little man was born 9 weeks early so in addition to this he has had some delayed development, especially with walking.
