His mom Sarah posted a fabulous idea today. She wants to collect 30,000 names AND faces of CF patients, and post them all in one place. What a statement that will be.

What an amazing woman she is... I have been following her blog for a little while now and it's incredibly heartbreaking watching Conner's fight. Her post, so filled with thoughts and concern for others, is both inspiring and humbling. It's a great idea!!
