So since making my announcement about my bike ride that I am planning of course I have been trying to get into shape. I am training for a 5K for Seattle Children's Hospital in about a month. So I have been doing lots of crunches, lunges, weights, etc. Now my knees are KILLING me. I decided to give them a few days rest and have been focusing on my arms and tummy and back. No luck, still hurts. I feel like an old lady whenever I kneel down, which I do A LOT at work. In 10 years I will have to get a wheel chair at this rate. Back to the doctor I guess.
