2 hour after drinking the oral glucose blood sugar was 89.
THis is our first time this test was done, our daughter is 10. She had been on prednisone twice the previous month (high dose). She is always on inhaled pulmicort as well as nasonex.
They are calling her pre diabetic but we are not changing anything at this time. Just yearly OGTT...Haven't been to clinic yet; this was just info given to me over the phone. Next time she needs steroids I plan on watching her sugars. THoughts? Advice?
