So after my follow-up with my urologist due to my most recent kidney stone, he said that I should be drinking FOUR liters of water a day- that's eight pounds of water going into a 112 pound, 5' 1" chick.
Not to mention the hyponatremia (sodium deficiency)- I got yelled at by some chick at the CF clinic last time because I was drinking 'too much water'
How much water do you all drink daily, and how do you supplement it without it being nasty salt water? I thought about salt pills but heard you can get horrible stomache aches if you don't drink enough with them.

PS: Just looked up some electrolytes w/out carbs (me being CFRD and all) and came up with Nuun and Camelbak Elixir...has anyone tried these?
